Cancellation and refund policy for 1 A TRAVEL GREEN
Cancellation and change of air tickets:
1. Cancellation costs: Every airline ticket reservation through 1agreen.rs is subject to cancellation costs determined by the airline and may vary depending on the booking class and flight conditions.
2. Irrevocable reservations: Some reservations may be irrevocable according to the airline's rules. Check the conditions of your reservation before confirming your purchase.
3. Partial cancellation: The option of partial cancellation may be restricted according to the rules of the airline.
4. Offline cancellation: To cancel, you can send a request via e-mail to info@1agreen.rs.
5. Changes to reservations: If you want to change your reservation, we help you in that process. In some cases, it is necessary to contact the airline directly.
6. Change Fees: Change fees are determined by airline policies, which may vary.
7. Cancellation within 24 hours of travel: If you wish to cancel your flight within 24 hours of travel, we advise you to contact the airline first and then send us a cancellation request.
8. Direct cancellation and refund: In case of direct cancellation through the airlines, the refund will be made according to their terms, with our service fee.
9. No-show: In case of no-show, the refund depends on the rules of the airline. 1 A TRAVEL GREEN does not affect the refund amount.
10. 1 A TRAVEL GREEN Fees: The User agrees to pay the cancellation fee charged by 1 A TRAVEL GREEN. We charge €30 per person for schedule changes/cancellations. Any refund to the user will be processed after deducting the equivalent amount of the fee.
Hotel reservation and transfer cancellation and change policy:
1. Cancellation charges: Each hotel reservation is subject to cancellation charges determined by the hotel. 1 A TRAVEL GREEN charges a sum of €30 per room for cancellation.
2. Offline cancellation: Hotel cancellations can be made by sending an e-mail to info@1agreen.rs.
3. Changes to reservations: We provide assistance in changes to hotel reservations. In some cases it is necessary to contact the hotel directly.
4. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival: For cancellation within 24 hours of arrival, we recommend that you first contact the hotel and then submit a cancellation request on our website.
Refund Policy:
1. Refund processing: 1agreen.rs will process refunds only after receiving a cancellation request.
2. Refund Method: Refunds for cancellations of airline tickets and hotel reservations will be made directly to the customer's payment method after we receive the refund amount from the airlines and hotels.
3. Processing time: Requests for changes and cancellations will be processed within 5 working days. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 15 business days. Some cards and accounts may take an additional 30 days to reflect the amount paid.
4. Refunds to payment cards: In case of payment by payment cards, refunds will be made exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods.
These policies are aligned with the law on consumer protection of the Republic of Serbia and ensure transparency and clarity when canceling and refunding.
