Hammamet - The development of tourism in Tunisia began in Hammamet in the 50.000s. As the oldest tourist destination in Tunisia, Hammamet has kept its traditions, old walls and buildings and today represents a combination of traditional and modern. It is located in Hammamet Bay, in the south of the Cap Bon Peninsula, the most fertile and greenest part of Tunisia. About 9 inhabitants live in the city, and a large number of tourists visit it every year. The word hammamet means bath, and this name comes from the fact that the city has a large number of ancient baths from the XNUMXnd century BC. It is very popular among tourists because of its beautiful beaches, attractions, picturesque landscapes, markets and a large number of luxury hotels. Famous people like Gustave Flaubert and Oscar Wilde visited it very often. The beaches of Hammamet are characterized by width, fine sand, cleanliness and arrangement, which is why tourists visit them most often. If you choose this destination, we suggest that you do not bypass the Medina in Hammamet, which got its walls in the XNUMXth century. It is a veritable small labyrinth of a large number of streets, where there are shops with souvenirs, clothes, spices and other items, mostly handmade in the traditional Arab style. The oldest hotels with luxurious Mediterranean gardens are located in the area of the wider city center, and there are also two tourist zones: Hammamet Nord, which extends to Nabel in the north, known for its beautiful sandy beaches, and Yasmine Hammamet in the south, XNUMX km from the center of the city, with the famous new medina, marina and amusement park Carthage Land.
Yasmin Hammamet - New, extremely attractive resort about 10 km from the old town of Hammamet and about 96 km from the airport in Monastir. Conceived and designed on the model of famous European resorts on the Mediterranean, Yasmine Hammamet is today the most luxurious and most complete tourist area in Tunisia. It was named after the jasmine flower, which symbolizes life and happiness, while a bouquet of jasmine in Tunisia is a sign of welcome and hospitality. Yasmine Hammamet is a modern tourist town that offers tourists a complete offer, accommodation in comfortable and convenient hotels in the immediate vicinity of well-maintained beaches and the sea, complemented by attractive and numerous opportunities for entertainment, going out and shopping. This place is full of beautiful hotels, marinas with shops and restaurants, and there is also the unmissable Medina, which is home to bazaars, boutiques, restaurants and pastry shops, Carthage Land amusement park and several small hotels. All of this has made Yasmine Hammamet rank at the top of Mediterranean tourism in recent years and become one of the most popular and sought-after holiday destinations in the Mediterranean.
Monastir - Once a small fishing port, in previous decades it was transformed into a symbol of the tourism industry. Monastir is a city in eastern Tunisia on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. It is located about 160 km south of the capital, on the tip of a small peninsula between the Gulf of Hammamet and Al-Munastir. The tourist complex is very well developed and stretches almost 10 km along the coast to the west, to the town of Skanes. Monastir is also the birthplace of the first president of the Republic of Tunisia, Habib Bourguiba, and the entire city is dedicated to the former president. Monastir is an old city founded by the Phoenicians, it has a beautiful, partially preserved medina. The most important part of the medina is the ribat, the oldest in Africa, built at the end of the 8th century as a defensive fortress on the coast. It was used for the filming of numerous films. Thanks to its location and climate, it has become one of the most beautiful and visited resorts in the country.
Monastir can also be proud of 2 golf courses, a yacht harbor, a bazaar and numerous entertainment venues. Decorated with rows of palm trees, its golden-sandy coast and a large number of hotels of all categories that provide excellent rest and recreation, this beautiful town welcomes tourists.
mahdia - The small coastal town of Mahdia is located south of Monastir, on a narrow peninsula, which is separated from the rest of the mainland, at its narrowest point, by the only city gate, Skifa el Kahla. Mahdia has managed to preserve the charm of a local, peaceful Tunisian place. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the central and southern parts of Tunisia. The tourist zone extends along a beautiful sandy beach north of the city and offers quality and content hotels. You will definitely visit the Borj El Kebir fortress, which offers a wonderful view. The town of Mahdia itself is not fully covered by tourism, but the beaches are known for their soft, fine and white sand and therefore one of the most beautiful beaches in Tunisia. The town is also famous for growing olives and catching the best quality fish, so don't miss the fish market on Fridays, as well as lunch at one of the fish restaurants in its large port.
Its is one of the oldest cities in Tunisia. It is about 20 kilometers from Monastir to Sousse. Days in Sousse are filled with unusual sounds of oriental music. When the exotic Sousse opens the doors of its famous Medina, you can easily find yourself in a whirlwind of colorful crowds, with the old charm of the bazaar, in a cheerful atmosphere. A sea of beautiful rugs and carpets, hookahs, ceramics, spices are housed in hundreds of colorful shops. There are numerous hotels along the beautiful sandy beaches.
Port El Kantaoui - Between Sousse and Hammamet in the 70s, a modern hotel complex, Port El Kantaoui, was built. It is located 6 km north of Sousse. It is about 26 km from the airport in Monastir. In the center there is a beautiful marina filled with yachts and boats and a replica of a traditional Tunisian settlement with narrow streets and passages. Here you can enjoy a completely modern environment where you will find nice restaurants by the sea or go on a boat cruise. Due to the long beaches, content hotels and rich nightlife, Port El Kantaoui has become a favorite destination for family vacations and vacations for young tourists.
Cap Good is known for its diverse nature and fascinating landscapes. Crystal clear water, golden sand and fragrant pine trees make its beaches a true paradise for lovers of the sea and sunbathing. Beaches such as Korba and Hammamet offer perfect conditions for enjoying water sports, while nearby national parks such as Friguia and Ichkeul offer opportunities to explore beautiful natural habitats and wildlife viewing. Towns like Nabeul and Kelibia offer a unique insight into the traditions and culture of this region. Nabeul is known for its exquisite ceramics and colorful markets, while Kelibia impresses with its old city walls and imposing castle offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

The price of the arrangement includes the YQ fee, which represents fuel compensation, in the amount defined by the contract with the airline company. The amount of YQ fees is subject to change and depends on the change in fuel prices in the market. In the event of an increase in fees, the passenger is obliged to make the additional payment before starting the trip.
Additional beds in rooms where more than two people can be accommodated can be an armchair or a pull-out sofa of smaller dimensions than a standard bed. With the basic type of room in hotels (standard, basic, economy, promo...), especially when there are more children staying with two adults, it is not guaranteed that each child will have their own bed, but it is possible that the child/child will share a bed with an adult, and this is indicated when searching the price list on the website, and in case of any doubts, be sure to consult the employees of the agency.
The designation of the hotel category in the program is officially established and valid on the day of the conclusion of the contract between the organizer and the foreign partner. Possible subsequent changes that are not known to the organizer cannot be relevant. The number of stars in our brochure is given by the hotels according to the official national categorization in Tunisia.
The package prices are for the market of the Republic of Serbia (passengers with citizenship of the Republic of Serbia) and the immediate region, for travelers from other regions and the EU hoteliers can apply other prices depending on the market from which the passengers come.
Rooms in the hotel are assigned by the reception upon arrival. Agency 1 A Travel will forward your requests and wishes, but is not able to guarantee the same (floor space, view, bed type, exact location within the hotel complex, etc., distance from the beach, restaurants, etc., if the offer is not correct and specifically highlighted type and type of room). Pictures of the rooms in the catalog and on the website are provided for information. Most hotels have several types of rooms, so hotel accommodation does not have to be in the room pictured. Accommodation is in standard (double) rooms, unless otherwise stated.
All rooms in all hotels in Tunisia offered by 1 A Travel are air-conditioned. However, the air conditioning system is different and depends on the hotel policy and the season. In some hotels, the rooms are not air-conditioned 24 hours a day. Hoteliers reserve the right to limit air conditioning to a certain number of hours a day, depending on weather conditions.
A certain number of hotels offer rooms with a sea view at a special price or with an appropriate surcharge. Only in those hotels can 1 A Travel guarantee accommodation in a room with a sea view. In other hotels, such rooms are available upon request and cannot be guaranteed. We should also take into account the fact that such architectural solutions and shapes (arched or triangular) were chosen for hotels in Tunisia that as many rooms as possible face the sea. Therefore, the rooms that are stated to have a sea view, in most cases have a side view of the sea, not a direct one. Rooms with double beds exist in a certain number of most hotels and their availability cannot be guaranteed. A certain number of hotels have part of the rooms in the main building, the other part in the club or annex. If the price list emphasizes the location of the room, then it is guaranteed, if not, then it cannot be guaranteed and the "Run of house" rule applies, that is, the reception determines the location of the room according to availability at the time of the guests' arrival.
Entry into the hotel rooms is planned after 15 pm on the first day, and leaving the rooms on the last day no later than 12 pm. Any use of rooms and services in the hotel after the defined time requires additional payments that are made directly at the hotel reception.
In the case of morning/night flights, arrival at the hotel is significantly earlier than the check-in time (after 15 p.m.). The possibility of early check-in to the rooms is available on the spot, in accordance with the hotel's rules, the valid price list and the available capacities (which are limited in the season). There is also the possibility of paying for an additional night in advance at the agency, when making a reservation, which ensures entry into the rooms immediately upon arrival at the hotel.
In all hotels, the service is based on the principle of self-service - a choice of several dishes according to the hotel's terms, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. The hotel's rule is that due to the insufficient number of passengers, in some periods a menu is served instead of a buffet table, which does not affect the quality of the service provided.
In the case of evening and night flights, depending on the availability and permission of the airline, the meal on the plane replaces the meal at the hotel. In the case of a late evening flight and arriving at the hotel after dinner, the first meal is on the plane and most hotels in that case do not serve dinner and do not compensate for the meal on the last day. The content of the All Inclusive service is different from hotel to hotel, and guests start using the service from the moment they check in to the hotel, and end with the All Inclusive service when they check out from the hotel, so there is no specific service with which they start and end their stay, because they are included in All Inclusive hotel concept.
Dress code is mandatory during meals in all hotels (prohibition of entry in bathing suits and shorts, formal dress code).
The travel organizer reserves the right to make changes in the travel program (order of individual contents in the program) depending on the objective circumstances.
The duration of the transfer from the airport to the hotel also depends on the number of passengers who have a transfer to different hotels in the same region.
Every passenger is obliged to have a valid travel document and is obliged to submit their passport number when registering for a trip at the point of sale. Travelers who are not citizens of Serbia are obliged to familiarize themselves with the visa regime of the country they are traveling to. The Agency does not value the validity of the travel document, is not responsible for its validity and is not responsible in case the border authorities prevent the passenger from crossing. In the case of not obtaining a visa, the traveler is considered to have abandoned the trip, and the costs of the cancellation are charged according to the General Travel Conditions.
Flight times are subject to change depending on traffic conditions (availability of aircraft at the airline, congestion at the Belgrade and destination airports), which can be difficult in the summer season. The flight time is confirmed two days before the trip and the passengers are then informed about it. The time of the return flight is communicated to the passengers by the representative in person, or through the notice board, usually one day before the return. We ask passengers to check all times at the agency or with an agency representative. The price of the trip is calculated according to the number of overnight stays. The moment of departure from Belgrade counts as the beginning of the arrangement, and the moment of departure from Tunisia counts as the end of the arrangement. The agency is obliged to perform these take-offs on the days specified in the program. The number of days specified in the program includes the first (day of departure) and the last day (day of return). All departure and return dates are listed in the price list tables.
Travel documentation (vouchers and airline tickets) can be picked up at the agency, 2 days before the departure date.
In the summer season, due to the crowd at the airport, this takes more time, so we ask passengers to arrive at the airport on time, i.e. 2 hours before the flight.
Passengers can carry up to 23 kg (Air Serbia) or until 20 kg (Nouvelair) checked-in baggage and one bag as hand luggage. Scissors, manicure sets and other sharp metal objects, as well as any kind of liquid, are not allowed in hand luggage, which is prescribed by the rules of order and business of all airlines. The tour operator assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen luggage. Passengers exercise all their rights in relation to lost or damaged luggage by contacting the carrier or accommodation service provider directly, according to international or domestic regulations and applicable regulations.
Airline personnel have the right, at their own discretion, not to allow a pregnant woman to board, unless she has a doctor's certificate certifying that she is fit to fly. Those certificates have a validity period, so you should pay attention to that both when you leave for the trip and when you return.
The organizer is not responsible for optional local excursions at the destination, nor for their implementation, because they are organized by foreign partners or possibly other local agencies that the traveler chooses.
1 A Travel representatives and transfer buses await passengers at Tunis airport and have agency markings for easy identification. The regulations do not allow guides to assemble a group in the airport building, so passengers are met immediately after exiting the building. Due to the large number of hotels and passengers, it is sometimes not possible for the guide to escort all passengers to the reception. The guide visits all hotels within 48 hours of arrival. The guide will leave his phone number on the bulletin board, through an info letter, or in another way and inform passengers about the times of info-meetings and excursions. In case of any problem, passengers are asked to inform the representative about it at the first info-meeting or by phone on the first days of their stay, so that it can be dealt with. Complaints due to problems that the agency learns about on the last day of the stay or upon the passenger's return will not be considered.
The minimum number for the trip is 100 passengers. For departures in which a smaller number of passengers are registered than the minimum expected, the travel organizer has the right to transfer passengers to a direct flight or via other airports.
In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers, the agency reserves the right to cancel the trip, of which it is obliged to inform the passenger at least 5 days before departure.
Prices may be adjusted according to the General Conditions of Travel, and in case of changes in the monetary market or changes in carrier tariffs.
1 A Travel doo is not responsible for any other verbal information about the travel program.
1 A Travel doo reserves the right to change the order of program content due to extraordinary circumstances beyond its control.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Discounts for children are valid when accompanied by a minimum of two adults, unless otherwise indicated in the price list.
