The hotel consists of two parts, Denizkizi Hotel and Denizkizi Royal. Denkzkizi Royal was opened in 1997 and was last renovated in 2011. The easiest way to get to the city center is by city bus from the bus station, which is only 100 m away from the hotel. Guests of any part use all the facilities of the complex together. Within the resort there are: restaurant, bars ("Pool", "Terrace", "Beach"), fitness center, TV room, swimming pool.
For children there is a playground and a separate part of the pool.
