The hotel was opened in 2003, and was last renovated in 2023. It occupies an area of 100.000 m2 and has a total of 875 accommodation units distributed in the main building and blocks. In addition to the main restaurant, the hotel has 5 à la carte restaurants (Mexican, Turkish, fish, Italian and a restaurant with grilled specialties), 9 bars (Divo lobby bar, Zvezda bar, Arbat bar, Arena bar, Senate disco bar, Spa Vitamin bar, Avrora beach bar, Pushkin cafe bar and Lobby Beer House).
For children there is a playground, mini club (4-12 years), junior club (13-16 years), mini disco and children's outdoor (with 3 slides) and indoor pool.
